Nancy Lanteigne brings strong leadership skills to her position as a district manger for Dollarama Inc., a leading Canadian discount retail chain with more than 650 locations.

Working out of the company’s office in Charlemagne, Quebec, Ms. Lanteigne oversees the operations of several area Dollarama stores. In addition to maximizing productivity and managing profits and losses, she analyzes the stores’ inventories and maintains relations with employees.

A seasoned professional, Ms. Lanteigne has more than two decades of relevant experience. Before moving into her current position in 2012, she was a store manager and food specialist with Walmart. From 2002 to 2009, Ms. Lanteigne served as a manager for the popular grocery retailer Provigo. She traces her decision to enter the retail sector to her involvement in her parents’ retail business.

Ms. Lanteigne holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and is an active member of the Women in Retail networking organization. She attributes her professional success to her work ethic and the support of her mentors, and in the future she hopes to continue to grow professionally and move into the role of district regional manager. When she is not working, Ms. Lanteigne volunteers her time with First Nations causes. She also enjoys martial arts and kickboxing.
